“Before I die…”

Idea:

Choose a large public space/wall, perhaps empty/abandoned buildings or fences. Paint the wall with blackboard paint. Have chalk available. People write one sentence: “Before I die I want to…” (fill in the blank).

Benefit:

Reduce the stigma of talking about death, opportunity for self-expression, increases awareness of others' thoughts…

Lowell Women Together

Idea:

Someone cuts out a large profile of a woman (from plywood or a strong cardboard?). Then it’s cut into puzzle pieces. People take a piece and paint/color/collage/write on it any way they want (including the color purple somewhere in the design). Then we have a big puzzle putting-together party and assemble.
