Middle St Al Fresco

Idea:

Allow sidewalk dining on Middle St across from Fuse Bistro. Build a parklet in front the building to show that the ground floor space is in too good of a location to be wasted as office space. I believe Enterprise Bank owns the building. They can move the offices to vacant upper floors elsewhere in [Read more…]

Benefit:

Location:

Downtown / JAM, OldIdea.

Location:

Downtown / JAM, OldIdea.

We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Department of Public Health's WIC Nutrition Program, the Massachusetts Health Connector, and hundreds of organizations by making cultural programming accessible to those for whom cost is a participation barrier.

Most DIY Lowell annual events are free, but often have a suggested donation. No donation is suggested for EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare cardholders. See the complete list of participating organizations offering EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare discounts.

This program is supported in part by a grant from MassHumanities; in part by the City of Lowell; and in part by the following Comet-level sponsors:
