Allow sidewalk dining on Middle St across from Fuse Bistro. Build a parklet in front the building to show that the ground floor space is in too good of a location to be wasted as office space. I believe Enterprise Bank owns the building. They can move the offices to vacant upper floors elsewhere in downtown. Prepare and grill food in the Enterprise Bank lot to serve to guests.
