Lowell Voices

Idea:

Develop an audio podcast series of the voices of the Lowell community with cooperation of area resources, individuals and their stories. Results will be understanding of individuals in the community, who are working to make their lives and the lives of their community better. We have selected the Acre community as our community of choice for our current outreach and engagement efforts. Partnering with LTC with access to their “podcast” studio, we will partner with community organizations which have been identified for their mission in the community. DIY Lowell Park(ing) Day 2.0

Idea:

An event so nice, why not make it happen twice? With the approval process figured out, 60 LF of astroturf ready to roll, and many community contacts from 2016… the DIY group would have more time and space to focus on a new creative concept that would loop in small businesses and community partners! Yaaaas.

Benefit:

PARK(ing) day is a fun and creative community building event for all ages!
