Test Page Wildlife Guide Idea: UMass Lowell students from the Evolution and Ecology Club are collaborating with Lowell Parks and Conservation Trust and community members to create a wildlife guide for Lowell wildlife. We all want to provide waterproof guides available for the community to take out during kayak/canoe trips on the Merrimack River through the UML Kayak Center. Benefit: Increase in wildlife knowledge and appreciation for the wildlife in and around Lowell. Education is key to conserving our species. Location:Citywide, OldIdea. Pop-Up Cinema Idea: An inflatable movie screen and projector that can travel to neighborhoods and show movies, short films, etc, in communities that might not otherwise see such things. Benefit: It would bring cinema to more neighborhoods in Lowell and allow organizers to share movies from many cultures. Create community.
