Build a Disc Golf Course in Lowell at Fort Hill Park.
Fort Hill is an underused gem of a park in Lowell. A Disc Golf Course will provide a space for Lowellians and visitors a place to get outside, socialize and enjoy the outdoor space. If equipment is too expensive for a small project, a temporary pop-up course or a one-day event could be used to build support for permanent equipment.
