Create a Did You Know sign campaign to show how zoning, tax, and parking regulations and laws shape the design of Lowell. For example – Did You Know smaller buildings with a mixture of uses in Cupples Square create more tax revenue per acre than big box stores on the edge of Lowell? Or – Did You Know X% of downtown Lowell land is off-street parking lots? What else could that land be?
