Lets show what an artful town Lowell is by employing artists to design and paint in the spaces between the spaces on the crosswalks downtown. We could hold a forum for artists to submit ideas, vet them with public safely experts (visibility/materials) and then select the ideas to be implemented. City would need to collaborate to paint safely, of course. Hold a street party when they are finished.
