544 Merrimack St has a vacant first floor retail space that was once Vogue II Hair Salon. All of the equipment is still there. I want to work with the property owners and hair stylist to pull it off! If this idea is chosen but this specific location can’t work, we could identify another vacant area for a “hair salon pop-up” to activate the space.
