A collection of gently used clothing (limited items) and shoes that are interview appropriate. To be lent to those who are trying to obtain employment but have a limited wardrobe. Items can be lent out in reusable bags which will include information on using the LRTA, common interview questions and answers, how to follow up after an interview etc.

This will assist people with gaining independence through employment. As the option for working virtually is becoming harder to find more people are discovering that they do not have the needed clothing to go on in person interviews.
