Yuletide Market
An idea I think that would thrive in Downtown Lowell is creating a Yuletide Market. Paint the side of a building outdoor projector screen paint to create a fixture that can be used by anyone for an outdoor movie night. Merrimack Street Rotating Cultural Exhibit!
